چکیده
This work focuses on the preparation and characterization of activated carbon/hematite (AC/?-Fe2O3) composite for use as a photocatalyst in decolorization naphthol blue black (NBB) dye under ultraviolet irradiation. The was produced using iron sand source hematite with addition 15 % w/w carbon derived from waste coffee grounds hydrothermal method. as-prepared materials were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy-Energy-Dispersive X- Ray Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), nitrogen adsorption–desorption (BET) UV–visible spectroscopy. AC/?-Fe2O3 exhibited high photocatalytic activity photodegradation NBB. degradation percentage NBB found to be 80.40 that observed at pH 1.0, amount is 300 mg, initial concentration 20 mg L?1 after being irradiated 120 minutes. an improved photo-activity, relative bare ?-Fe2O3 lower (50.89%). also can remove dye-containing wastewater up 90.59 95.42 UV sunlight irradiation, respectively.

Montmorillonite as Efficient Nanoclay for Removal of Aniline Blue Dye: Optimization, Isotherm and Kinetic Study
In this study, montmorillonite clay was used as the adsorbent for the removal of Aniline Blue dye, from aqueous solution by the batch adsorption technique under different conditions. The maximum removal of aniline blue dye for initial dye concentration 20 mg/L was more than 95% at optimum conditions (pH=4.5, contact time=30 min, and adsorbent dosage=2 g/L). The data of this study were fitted wi...
